    We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Network Administrator in Longwood, Florida. As part of our team, the Network Administrator will be instrumental in maintaining our IT systems and networks, ensuring smooth operations across the board. The role will involve server administration, overseeing onboarding/offboarding processes, and troubleshooting network issues.


    Responsibilities:

    Technical Skills:

    • Server administration
    • Onboarding/offboarding processes

    • Application troubleshooting
    • Network configuration
    • MS365 administration (background preferred)
    • SQL or Datawarehousing (preferred, not required)

    Role Requirements:

    • Potential travel with a team member for site stand-ups during construction (may not be necessary)
    • Flexible work hours (9-6 or 8:30-5:30) to provide West Coast coverage
    • Ability to start immediately

    Additional Notes:

    • Company is currently deploying SD-WAN across all locations, utilizing ISP for routing.
    • Heavy reliance on UniFi technology, with some Fortinet installations (but not managed by this role).



    • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Network Administrator
    • Proficient in managing Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies
    • Skilled in Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, and Firewall Technologies
    • Expertise in Active Directory and Backup Technologies
    • Knowledgeable in Computer Hardware and Configuration Management
    • Experienced in Deployments and Microsoft 365 Enterprise
    • Familiarity with Fortinet Firewalls
    • Holds Comptia and Comptia A+ certifications
    • Proficient in Network+ technologies
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
