    Robert Half is seeking a Product Manager (Contractor) on behalf of a global entertainment and hospitality company to drive AR/VR and immersive interactive product experiences. This role will be responsible for shaping product strategy, analyzing industry trends, and identifying opportunities to create cutting-edge immersive digital experiences that seamlessly blend the physical and virtual worlds.


    Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid – Onsite 2 days/week)

    Duration: 12-month contract

    Pay Rate: $70-75/hour

    Hours: 40 hours/week


    The ideal candidate has a strong background in AR/VR, interactive entertainment, and emerging digital experiences, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance engagement in theme parks, attractions, or hospitality-driven experiences. Success in this role requires an innovative mindset, expertise in interactive product development, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging, next-generation experiences.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Researches market trends and emerging technologies in AR/VR, mixed reality (MR), and interactive experiences to inform product strategy.
    • Defines the vision, roadmap, and strategy for immersive digital experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborates with creative, engineering, and UX teams to develop interactive, spatial, and immersive experiences that enhance guest engagement.
    • Uses data-driven decision-making to prioritize product enhancements, optimize engagement, and measure success.
    • Partners with design and technology teams in an Agile development environment to define, build, and refine immersive digital products.
    • Leads prototyping and testing of AR/VR experiences, ensuring seamless integration with physical environments.
    • Develops and maintains comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and technical requirements.
    • Supports product launches, providing internal teams and stakeholders with clear onboarding and training on new interactive features.
    • Works closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure immersive products align with the broader brand experience.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of product management experience in AR/VR, interactive entertainment, digital gaming, or immersive experiences.
    • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), mixed reality (MR), spatial computing, and interactive media.
    • Experience in defining and developing interactive digital experiences within entertainment, theme parks, or experiential retail.
    • Ability to analyze user engagement metrics and translate data insights into actionable product enhancements.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and iterative product development.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience integrating AR/VR with physical environments in entertainment, attractions, or hospitality settings.
    • Background in gaming, interactive storytelling, or location-based experiences.
    • Certified Product Owner (CPO) or equivalent certification.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital media, interactive design, product management, or related fields.
