    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the CRM integration project for multiple contact centers. This role combines hands-on technical contributions with strategic leadership, focusing on creating integrated systems for seamless customer interactions via chat, messaging, and voice calls.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Code Development: Approximately 50% hands-on coding focused on core APIs and web services (no mobile/Android development).
    • Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentoring to the team to ensure successful delivery.
    • DevOps Management: Oversee environments, manage deployment pipelines, and serve as a focal point for release management processes.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, product managers, project managers, and professional services teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
    • System Delivery: Assist in CRM system implementation and integration for various contact centers, aiming for major releases starting late 2025.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Java Development: Proficiency in building web services and APIs.
    • Cloud Technologies: Solid AWS knowledge (Lambda, EC2, deployment experience, DevOps pipeline management).
    • Salesforce Integration: Familiarity with Salesforce platform and integration (Apex programming not necessary).
    • DevOps Tools: Experience with tools such as Harness and Jenkins.
