The role will involve providing support to our HR department, handling daily operations, and ensuring continuity of HR processes. MUST BE BI_LINGUAL</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to employee inquiries and maintain comprehensive employee records</p><p>• Oversee recruitment efforts, which includes posting job vacancies, assessing resumes, arranging interviews, and conducting background checks</p><p>• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures such as preparing paperwork for new hires, organizing orientations, and gathering exit documents from outgoing employees</p><p>• Keep HR files, databases, and documentation updated in line with company policies and legal requirements</p><p>• Monitor and manage employee attendance, time-off requests, and personal time off (PTO) records</p><p>• Aid in coordinating benefit enrollment, ensuring employees receive necessary information, and communicating with benefit providers as required</p><p>• Generate routine reports such as employee turnover, attendance, or recruitment activity reports for management</p><p>• Support HR projects and initiatives like employee engagement activities, training coordination, or policy documentation</p><p>• Perform general administrative tasks like responding to email inquiries, filing, and organizing the HR team's schedule.</p>
