Business Systems Analyst<p>We are offering a 6-month contract to hire employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the construction industry located in Tempe, Arizona. The main goal of this position is to improve and enhance outdated business processes utilizing IT solutions. The individual must be able to comprehend complex business processes, identify solutions to replace or enhance the workflow, then project manage the implementation effort from start to finish. This effort includes creating a documentation repository, process map creation, and scheduling the development or implementation effort. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><ul><li>Understand complex business processes.</li><li> Properly document workflow and formalize process maps for detailed understanding of existing business processes. </li><li>Work with various technologies, vendors, or internal development teams to validate that an enhanced process can be achieved meeting the new requirements. </li><li>Compile pros & cons for a formal recommendation to stake holders including cost-benefit analysis and ROI. </li><li>Project Manage the technical implementation creating project schedules and timelines, coordinating tasks within sprints, regularly communicating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver new and innovative solutions on time and on schedule.</li></ul><p><br></p>Oracle AR Business Analyst<p>Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle AR Business Analyst on an interim basis for one of our environmental service clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Oracle AR data model and have a proven track record of success in analyzing and interpreting complex financial data. Strong experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Power BI is a significant plus. This role will be instrumental in supporting key business decisions through the development and delivery of insightful reports and dashboards.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><p>• Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using OTBI and Power BI to analyze key AR metrics, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Aging Analysis, Cash Application Analysis, Customer Credit Risk Analysis, Revenue Recognition Analysis.</p><p>• Conduct in-depth analysis of AR data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.</p><p>• Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, including senior management.</p><p>• Understand and leverage the Oracle AR data model to effectively extract and transform data for analysis.</p><p>• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.</p><p>• Assist in the design and implementation of data integration processes.</p><p>• Analyze current AR processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p>• Provide recommendations for process enhancements based on data analysis findings.</p><p>• Support the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.</p><p>• Provide analytical support to various projects related to AR, such as system implementations, upgrades, and process re-engineering initiatives.</p><p>• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.</p><p>• Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p>• Proactively identify and address stakeholder needs and concerns.</p>
