    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and analytical platforms on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Optimize database performance, indexing strategies, and query tuning.
    • Work with structured and unstructured data to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
    • Automate data workflows and deployment using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
    • Implement data security best practices, including encryption, masking, and role-based access controls.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to provide high-quality data solutions.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability.


    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, big data processing, or cloud data architecture.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data transformation and automation.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake).
    • Strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, or Flink).
    • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB).
    • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, or dbt).
    • Understanding of data governance, compliance standards, and security principles.
