Your responsibilities will revolve around handling civil litigation and depositions, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of cases, and maintaining client records.


    Responsibilities

    • Manage and execute law enforcement defense litigation cases

    • Conduct thorough research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations

    • Represent clients in court and argue motions

    • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and agreements

    • Conduct and handle civil litigation cases effectively

    • Take and defend depositions

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive defense strategy
