    We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. The role involves managing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer inquiries.  The ideal candidate will join the IT Operations Team to support, maintain, and enhance the company's enterprise network.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Network Design and Implementation: Configure and maintain a secure, highly available network infrastructure using Palo Alto firewalls, Arista switches, and Aruba switching technologies.
    • WiFi Management: Manage Aruba WiFi networks to ensure reliable and secure wireless connectivity across enterprise sites.
    • WAN/LAN Optimization: Design and maintain WAN and LAN environments, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
    • SD-WAN Integration: Deploy and manage Netskope SD-WAN solutions, as well as Secure Web Gateway (SWG) configurations for cloud connectivity and security.
    • Server and Hyperconverged Infrastructure: Perform server solutions management with Nutanix Hyperconverged technology to ensure scalable and efficient computing environments.
    • Network Security: Work with tools and protocols to secure the enterprise network, safeguard sensitive healthcare information, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
    • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve network-related issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvements.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all network systems, configurations, and protocols.


    Required Skills and Experience

    • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba switches, Arista switches, and Aruba WiFi is required.
    • Networking Proficiency: Solid understanding of WAN/LAN architectures and SD-WAN technologies like Netskope.
    • Server Management: Experience working with Nutanix Hyperconverged infrastructure and enterprise servers.
    • Integration Skills: Ability to integrate advanced networking technologies into existing systems while maintaining performance and security.
    • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues within enterprise networks.
    • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certifications such as Palo Alto PCNSENetskope Certified ProfessionalAruba Certified Switching Expert (ACSE)Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), or equivalent.
