    One of our mid-sized law firm client's is looking to expand their team with a Litigation Paralegal in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, such as processing legal documents, preparing for trials, discovery and managing case files from filing of pleadings through to settlement or trial.


    Responsibilities

    • Management and organization of case files using Case Management Software.

    • Drafting pleadings and discovery documents.

    • Assisting in trial preparation including witness preparation.

    • Conducting legal research using LexisNexis.

    • Administering claims and handling complaints.

    • Utilizing Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel for documentation and data management.

    • Drafting contracts and other legal documents.

    • Briefing the team on case updates and progress.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a detail-oriented law firm setting

    • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for managing and editing PDF documents

    • Extensive experience with Case Management Software to maintain and organize case files

    • Knowledge of LexisNexis for legal research and case law reviews

    • Familiarity with Management System for streamlining workflow and processes

    • Ability to prepare briefing materials and present them to legal teams

    • Excellent complaint handling skills, with a focus on resolving client issues effectively

    • Proven ability to draft and review legal contracts and other documentation.
