    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our clients growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level IT professional looking to expand their skills and grow within an organization. You will provide hands-on technical support, ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations for our clients expanding offices.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide phone and in-person technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Perform desktop support, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
    • Assist with configuring and supporting technology for virtual and in-person meetings.
    • Work closely with the IT Director to ensure smooth operations across multiple office locations.
    • Document and track technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
    • Support ongoing IT projects and initiatives as the company expands.


    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of IT support experience (help desk, desktop support, or similar role).
    • Relevant IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide hands-on, in-person support.
    • Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
    • Ability to set up and maintain conferencing and meeting room technologies.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote IT leadership.
