    • Assist with property management duties as required

    • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient processes for tenant management
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate & Property industry.
    • Proficiency in handling and redirecting inbound calls.
    • Demonstrated excellence in providing customer service.
    • Familiarity with data entry operations and maintaining databases.
    • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.
    • Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Capable of scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
    • Experience in tenant retention strategies and practices.
    • Knowledge of property management procedures and regulations.
