As a Customer Service Representative, your key role will be to serve as a bridge between our customers and the internal team, handle customer requests, and maintain accurate records.


    Responsibilities

    • Liaise between internal departments and customers or brokers to facilitate order processing.

    • Accurately document customer feedback for future reference.

    • Maintain a multi-line phone system to handle customer calls effectively.
