    Location: Hybrid – in Portland, Oregon

    Job Type: Contract-to-hire

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and data analysts to ensure system effectiveness and improvements.
    • Support and manage requests related to LOB applications, assisting teams unfamiliar with the platform.
    • Handle task management, prioritizing and coordinating incoming requests.
    • Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize SaaS applications for efficiency.
    • Write and execute SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
    • Assist in system integration, process automation, and workflow enhancements.
    • Provide documentation, training, and support for users to improve application adoption.
    • Collaborate on reporting and dashboard development using Power BI and Google Looker (preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
    • Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams that use the application but may not have prior experience.
    • Experience in task management, working closely with development and data teams.
    • Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
    • Hands-on experience with SaaS applications and cloud-based platforms.
    • Preferred: Experience with Google Looker and Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.

    Technical Skills & Tools:

    • Familiarity with HubSpot, FreshService, ClickUp, and QuickBooks is a plus.
    • Understanding of system integrations, automation, and process optimization.
