    We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our office in Portland. In this role, you will handle cases in complex litigation, including general casualty defense work, product liability, contract, and employment litigation work. You will be involved in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.


    Responsibilities:

    • Handle cases in complex litigation, general casualty defense work, product liability, contract, and employment trial work

    • Involve in all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

    • Work with a group of accomplished lawyers and become part of a nationally-recognized litigation team

    • Develop and implement litigation strategies from the onset of a case through trial

    • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage discovery

    • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and arbitrations

    • Regularly communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress

    • Work in a hybrid work schedule, connecting with colleagues quickly and easily whether working in the office or from home.
