    Robert Half is partnering with a public sector in Portland, OR to identify a Contracts Administrator who is ready to jump in to assist their team.


    Location: Portland, OR


    Pay Rate: $26-$32 per hour


    Duration: 6+ month contract, potential for contract-to-hire


    Schedule: M-F, 8-5pm


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the administration of contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
    • Track and manage insurance renewals efficiently.
    • Draft amendments, addendums, and purchase orders from templates.
    • Coordinate various tasks and activities as required.
    • Utilize your legal assistant skills to manage incident reports and workflows.
    • Maintain and manage property files, bonds, and easements.
    • Track vehicles and property for insurance purposes.
    • Review risks associated with contracts and other legal documents.
    • 2+ YOE as a Contracts Administrator in a Non-Profit or Public Sector setting
    • Contract Drafting, Coordinating, Risk Review and Tracking experience
    • Familiar with Amendments, Addendums, Insurance Renewals, and Purchase Orders

     

    The salary range for this position is $26-32/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
