    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both Spanish and English. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in both languages. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both Spanish and English.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
    • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s database.
    • Collaborate with other team members to solve complex issues and escalate as needed.
    • Assist with translations or bilingual communication internally as necessary.
    • Uphold company standards for professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in service delivery.


    Qualifications:

    • Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
    • Previous customer service experience preferred (minimum 1-2 years ideal).
    • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing business needs.


    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.
    • Experience in a bilingual customer service role is highly valued.
    • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques or de-escalation skills.
