Sr UX Designer<p>We are seeking a Senior UX Engineer to join our growing team! In this hybrid position, you’ll bring deep expertise in user-centered design, visual design systems, and UX research to support the development of high-quality, user-friendly software products. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape meaningful user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.</p><p>You must be local to the area and able to work onsite three days a week.</p><p><strong>Design engaging, accessible user interfaces</strong> that align with established UI design standards (including patterns, W3C guidelines, Material Design, Apple HIG, and Android guidelines).</p><p><strong>Create and maintain scalable design systems (DLS)</strong> in Figma, leveraging components, variables, auto-layout, and theming.</p><p><strong>Conduct and contribute to user research</strong> through customer interviews and usability testing to deeply understand user needs.</p><p><strong>Build and test interactive prototypes</strong> for internal feedback, user validation, or marketing demos.</p><p><strong>Document UX specifications and design rationale</strong> to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.</p><p><strong>Provide expert UX consultation</strong> across cross-functional teams, recommending improvements based on research and design best practices.</p><p><strong>Independently manage design projects</strong> from conception to execution while collaborating with engineering and product teams.</p><p><strong>Utilize project management tools and methods</strong> to coordinate work and effectively communicate with stakeholders.</p>
