    We are seeking a Senior UX Engineer to join our growing team! In this hybrid position, you’ll bring deep expertise in user-centered design, visual design systems, and UX research to support the development of high-quality, user-friendly software products. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape meaningful user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.

    You must be local to the area and able to work onsite three days a week.

    Design engaging, accessible user interfaces that align with established UI design standards (including patterns, W3C guidelines, Material Design, Apple HIG, and Android guidelines).

    Create and maintain scalable design systems (DLS) in Figma, leveraging components, variables, auto-layout, and theming.

    Conduct and contribute to user research through customer interviews and usability testing to deeply understand user needs.

    Build and test interactive prototypes for internal feedback, user validation, or marketing demos.

    Document UX specifications and design rationale to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.

    Provide expert UX consultation across cross-functional teams, recommending improvements based on research and design best practices.

    Independently manage design projects from conception to execution while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

    Utilize project management tools and methods to coordinate work and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

    • B.S. in Human Factors, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in a product development environment.
    • Advanced Figma skills, including use of components, variables, auto-layout, and themes.
    • Strong understanding of UX design principles and accessibility standards.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present design decisions.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
    • Ability to travel to or customer sites and meet hospital credentialing requirements.
