We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Manager in the Entertainment Industries in Reno, Nevada, United States. As a Marketing Manager, you will be overseeing the execution of entertainment activities, special events, and promotions, as well as managing key customer impact areas and supervising the Marketing and Player's Club Representatives. You will be expected to create a customer-focused environment within the entertainment venue, establish effective systems for resolving customer complaints, and work with the player tracking and rating system.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and supervise the execution of entertainment activities, special events, and promotions ensuring high level of customer service
• Manage the Player's Club Representatives and ensure guests are provided with a friendly and detail-oriented entertainment experience
• Assist in creating a customer-focused environment within the venue and establish systems for resolving customer complaints
• Work closely with the General Manager in all areas and perform all duties assigned
• Utilize customer database information to target new players and develop programs to increase visits from identified players
• Assist with the creation and implementation of all venue promotions
• Accountable for ensuring that all promotions and events on the venue floor represent the company in a detail-oriented manner at all times
• Solicit customer input through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to enhance customer service delivery
• Responsible for ordering all venue collateral and preparing radio, television, and print advertisements
• Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports as requested by the General Manager, including forecasts and evaluations of promotions and players program.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the gambling industry.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Solutions.
• Ability to handle and respond appropriately to inbound calls.
• Demonstrable experience in auditing and related cash activity.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Marketing software.
• Proven experience in brand marketing and consumer marketing.
• Ability to execute data-driven marketing strategies.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
