    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Manager in the entertainment industry, based in Reno, Nevada. As a Marketing Manager, your role will be crucial in managing customer relationships, overseeing marketing initiatives, and enhancing the overall customer experience in the entertainment environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the execution of entertainment activities, special events, promotions, and special projects to ensure an exceptional customer experience
    • Supervise the Player's Club Representatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service
    • Assist in the recruitment, training, and coaching of personnel
    • Use customer database information to identify and target key players
    • Work closely with the General Manager, assisting with reports, forecasts, and evaluations of promotions and player programs
    • Facilitate effective communication across departments regarding upcoming events, activities, and programs
    • Ensure all promotions and events on the entertainment floor uphold the company's detail-oriented standards
    • Utilize customer feedback from surveys and focus groups to enhance customer service delivery
    • Coordinate the ordering of entertainment collateral and the creation of radio, television, and print advertisements
    • Manage customer inquiries and complaints, establishing effective resolution systems.

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the Gambling Industries.

    • Proven experience with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

    • Familiarity with ERP Solutions is necessary for this role.

    • Ability to handle and answer inbound calls professionally and effectively.

    • Previous experience in auditing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

    • Demonstrable experience in managing cash activity within a busy commercial environment.

    • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Marketing tools is required.

    • Experience in brand marketing and consumer marketing, with a focus on understanding and targeting audience needs.

    • A solid background in data-driven marketing, using analytics to drive strategy and decision-making.

    • Extensive knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.

    Graphic Design experience is a must
