    Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a PeopleSoft Financial Systems Analyst for a long-term, multi-year contract role to maintain, upgrade, and support the PeopleSoft ERP system. The ideal candidate will combine a strong accounting or finance background with technical expertise in financial systems to ensure the reliability and performance of core financial processes. Candidates for role must be able to be on-site a minimum of three days/week at the client's location in Salt Lake City, Utah.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee maintenance and enhancements for PeopleSoft ERP modules, with an emphasis on General Ledger, Projects, and Assets.

    • Manage key General Ledger functions, such as inter-company accounting, multi-currency transactions, and monthly/annual translations.

    • Ensure smooth integration of data from feeder systems using flat file loads and web interfaces.

    • Conduct financial reporting using nVision and perform data analysis through PeopleSoft Query (PS Query) tools.

    • Handle PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) updates and Tools upgrades for system optimization.

    • Support operational and financial workflows in associated modules like Accounts Payable, Expenses, and Projects, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

    • 6+ years of related work experience, including 4+ years in financial management, leadership, systems development, or project/product management.

    • Strong ERP knowledge, with PeopleSoft experience preferred. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and MS Office is advantageous.

    • Strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, critical thinking, and the ability to turn complex business needs into actionable solutions.
