Your role will also involve utilizing various medical software systems such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Dentrix Dental Software, Eaglesoft, and EHR SYSTEM.

    Responsibilities
    • Respond to and manage inbound calls from patients
    • Use Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Dentrix Dental Software, Eaglesoft, and EHR SYSTEM for various tasks
    • Ensure accurate patient records are maintained and updated
    • Handle billing functions and ensure accuracy in the billing process
    • Check in patients and manage patient flow
    • Create charts and graphs to represent patient data
    • Resolve any patient inquiries promptly and professionally
    • Monitor patient accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
    • Utilize the 'Answer' function to address patient inquiries and concerns effectively
    • Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.
    • Job title: Medical Receptionist

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

    • Proficient in using Allscripts software

    • Experienced in using Cerner Technologies

    • Proficiency in Dentrix Dental Software is required

    • Eaglesoft software knowledge is a must
