Position Overview: Responsible for provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of enterprise-class systems, software, and any related enterprise infrastructure. Tasks completed autonomously with little or no supervision. Runs projects and participates in design. Provides peer direction and mentoring to less experienced employees and provides end user support services to the desktop function, c-suite support as needed and participate in HRs onboarding and off boarding process as required. Performs as Subject Matter Expert in a minimum of one IT focused specialty.
Responsibilities: Functions will include, but not limited to:
• Support on-premise and cloud-based global compute/storage infrastructure. Assist in design on-premise and cloud solutions for IT & Product/Engineering Infrastructure.
• Lead projects, implement new solutions and technology autonomously while providing documentation.
• Remotely manage Windows & Linux servers, improve systems automation & patch management using SCCM and like toolsets. Monitoring, and troubleshooting. Access control & OS/application diagnostics.
• Support and manage Azure and AWS environments. Virtual Machine & Network design/provisioning, patch management, application hardening etc. Global Subscription & Billing management & reporting.
• Support and manage Cloudflare environment. Including all global domains & DNS management, documentation, standardization & consolidation behind Cloudflare Proxy & WAF.
• Support and manage Mimecast email security environment. Advanced Policy configuration & message trace diagnostics.
• Support and manage on-prem & Azure-based Hybrid Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Exchange Hybrid Server, & Exchange Online mailboxes & configurations. System design, implementation and support.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365/Azure AD/Entra ID tenant settings, policies, including Microsoft Security & Purview Compliance Portal.
• Assist with Atlassian Application Administration & Configurations inc. JIRA, JSM, Confluence, BitBucket, Fisheye/Crucible.
• Second level end-user support services (laptops, printers, application issues, etc).
• Server and application monitoring (PRTG/Zabbix or similar toolsets).
