    • Knowledge of nonprofit-specific accounting practices, including fund accounting.
    • Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit reporting regulations.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • A degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience is a plus.
