    We are providing a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Specialist in the higher education industry, located in Irvine, California. As part of our team, the Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and managing marketing projects, including advertising materials for various channels like print, social media, SEM, SEO, website, e-mail, radio, video, and display ads.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and guide creative briefs in collaboration with the creative team or agency to meet advertising goals

    • Analyze and optimize email campaigns, incorporating regular testing

    • Review and recommend revisions to all marketing collateral to ensure objectives are met

    • Manage relationships with campus leadership, internal stakeholders, and agency partners

    • Act as a liaison between campus and creative teams to address marketing needs

    • Strategize with media agencies on media planning, execution, performance analysis, and reporting against predetermined ROI and KPIs

    • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to compliance standards

    • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy

    • Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety at work

    • Manage and review creative work, collaborating with agencies to complete creative projects

    • Analyze media performance and provide regular updates on performance

    • Handle logistics for photo and commercial shoots and production.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for creating marketing materials
    • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and analyze customer interactions
    • Familiarity with Facebook Insights for tracking user interaction on the company's Facebook page
    • Ability to create effective advertisements in various media including print, digital, and social media platforms
    • Experience in blogging to generate online content and engage with the community
    • Demonstrated skills in increasing brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies
    • Understanding of budget processes for managing marketing expenditures
    • Expertise in campaign planning, from conception to execution and evaluation.
