    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct administrative support to one or more senior executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing correspondence.
    • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
    • Manage day-to-day operations such as processing expense reports and managing budgets.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Handle project coordination duties such as tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables are submitted on time.
    • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.


    • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role; experience supporting C-suite professionals is preferred.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in high-pressure situations.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
    • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
