Are you a highly organized professional with exceptional customer service skills? Robert Half is seeking a welcoming and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join a thriving company in San Diego, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees by greeting them warmly and professionally.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the front desk is well maintained, presentable, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage scheduling for conference rooms, appointments, and office calendars as needed.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating company meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-ups are complete.
- Facilitate day-to-day office operations in collaboration with management.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in-person and over the phone.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
