    • 1–3 years of auditing experience, preferably in public accounting or corporate auditing roles.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CIA, or related certification is a strong plus.
    • Proficiency with accounting software and audit tools. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas, are preferred. Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is beneficial.
    •  Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
    •  Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and audit processes.
