Job Title: Business Systems Administrator

Worksite Address: Irvine, CA

Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday through Thursday)

Implementing e-PIC One ERP, a SaaS platform for the window coverings industry. The platform is in the pilot phase, with a full transition from the legacy system (Touchpoint).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop business formulas using database fields and edit HTML.
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support.
Configure custom products, generate quotes, and create vendor purchase orders.
Handle EDI transactions and ensure smooth data exchanges with vendor partners.
Support CRM users and optimize platform configurations.

Immediate Projects:

Onboard users with a focus on developing an efficient, repeatable system.

Must-Haves:

2+ years of experience in business systems, technical support, or systems administration (experience with e-PIC One is a plus).
Strong understanding of system configurations, rules-based logic, and SaaS administration.
Proficiency in HTML, template generation, or document creation software.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Basic understanding of product ordering, purchasing, system support, and vendor data transmission.
Preferred: Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or SaaS configuration tools.
