    Job Title: Business Systems Administrator

    Implementing e-PIC One ERP, a SaaS platform for the window coverings industry. The platform is in the pilot phase, with a full transition from the legacy system (Touchpoint).


    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Develop business formulas using database fields and edit HTML.
    • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support.
    • Configure custom products, generate quotes, and create vendor purchase orders.
    • Handle EDI transactions and ensure smooth data exchanges with vendor partners.
    • Support CRM users and optimize platform configurations.

    Immediate Projects:

    Onboard users with a focus on developing an efficient, repeatable system.


    Must-Haves:

    • 2+ years of experience in business systems, technical support, or systems administration (experience with e-PIC One is a plus).
    • Strong understanding of system configurations, rules-based logic, and SaaS administration.
    • Proficiency in HTML, template generation, or document creation software.
    • Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
    • Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Basic understanding of product ordering, purchasing, system support, and vendor data transmission.
    • Preferred: Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or SaaS configuration tools.
