    We are seeking a Network Engineer I to join our team in Irvine, California. The role primarily involves managing and optimizing our network infrastructure and providing advanced troubleshooting support. You will be based permanently in our office, working closely with Network Administrators and senior engineers, and gaining experience in advanced network technologies.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in maintaining and optimizing WAN, LAN, and wireless networks across all locations.
    • Support the configuration and upkeep of Cisco routers, Juniper switches, and Cisco Wi-Fi infrastructure.
    • Provide second-level support for escalated network issues, focusing on advanced troubleshooting.
    • Handle issues related to SD-WAN (VeloCloud) routing in corporate offices.
    • Assist in managing Palo Alto firewalls, implementing security policies, and responding to incidents.
    • Ensure all network devices are updated with the latest patches and configurations to maintain network security.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Assist in the design and implementation of network monitoring systems.
    • Collaborate with Network Administrators and senior engineers, providing guidance on network issues.
    • Engage in ongoing training to advance your knowledge of network engineering.
    • Position: Network Engineer I

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field

    • Demonstrated proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)

    • Familiarity with Checkpoint security systems

    • Proficiency in operating and maintaining Cisco ASA

    • Experience with Cisco Routers and Technologies

    • Knowledge and understanding of Datacenter operations

    • Experience with Juniper Switches and Juniper Networks

    • Ability to manage and maintain Wireless Networks

    • Familiarity with SD-WAN technology

    • Experience with Palo Alto Firewall systems
