The role will be on-site for the first three months of training to ensure employees are equipped with the tools and skills to succeed. Following training, a hybrid work schedule will be offered.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
    • Assist customers in resolving issues, providing technical support, and answering questions regarding company products and services.
    • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
    • Meet or exceed KPIs such as first call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction.

    On-Site Training and Work Arrangement:

    • On-Site Training: The first three months of employment will require full-time, on-site work to ensure thorough training and support.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center position is strongly preferred.
    • Strong communication skills with both written and verbal formats.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience working in a call center or dealing with high-volume customer interactions.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes during training.
    • Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
