    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee the proposal development process from inception to final submission.

    • Analyze RFP/RFI documents to identify key requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

    • Establish and manage proposal timelines, delegate assignments, and oversee review processes.

    • Facilitate communication and gather input from various teams including sales, technical, legal, and executive leadership.

    • Enhance the clarity, consistency, and compliance of proposal content through effective writing, editing, and formatting.

    • Maintain a repository of standard responses, company qualifications, bios, case studies, and examples of past performance.

    • Ensure visual appeal and brand alignment of proposals.

    • Monitor and report on proposal status, success rates, and process enhancements.

    • Exceptional customer service skills

    • Experience with data entry tasks

    • Ability to handle email correspondence effectively

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

    • Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings

    • Experience in preparing bid proposals and cost proposals

    • Familiarity with proposal preparation and understanding the RFP process

    • Knowledge of SaaS (Software As A Service) and related applications

    • Experience with RFP documents and responding to RFPs
