Located in Santa Rosa, California, this role will primarily involve managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. <br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Efficiently process high volumes of customer credit applications<br>• Accurately maintain and update customer credit records<br>• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed<br>• Sort and match accounts payable invoice support documents<br>• Conduct invoice batch and edit review for accuracy<br>• Maintain and update tracking logs using Microsoft Excel<br>• Handle the filing of customer records and related documents<br>• Perform as an onsite interoffice mail courier when necessary<br>• Receive and process supply orders<br>• Utilize software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Viewpoint Spectrum, and Adobe Acrobat to perform tasks<br>• Serve as backup for front desk coverage as needed.
