    Responsibilities:

    • Keep up-to-date with event, webinar, social, and campaign best practices, promoting the advancement of new ideas and innovation to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and content, both overall and in each channel.

    • Work with the brand creative team to ensure all campaign content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

    • Oversee event and webinar goals and objectives from initial request through final deliverable.

    • Collaborate with sales and industry leadership to develop and promote content and drive attendance to live and online events.

    • Work with team members to develop digital marketing campaigns, including social, PPC, display, website inbound, etc.

    • Use various business technologies including CRM products, reporting tools, and project management systems.

    • Manage complex problems and stakeholders, evaluate and prioritize needs and create actionable recommendations.

    • Exhibit proactive behavior with strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
    • 5–6+ years of relevant experience, particularly in professional services firms such as CPA or management consulting organizations preferred.
    • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales environments.
    • Familiarity with business tools, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot), reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI), and project management platforms (e.g., Workfront).
    • Prior management experience preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while working with remote teams and supervisors.
    • Experience addressing complex problems and coordinating among diverse stakeholders to create actionable recommendations.
    • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
    • A proactive approach and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share ideas and work as part of a team.
