We are offering a short-term contract opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Bellevue, Washington (Approximately 1-3 months).
This role involves tasks such as data entry, customer communication, and order processing. This is an in-office role and requires the use of various software tools, including Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Open and manage customer files using Dynamics
• Input data accurately into Dynamics and move it through the ERP process
• Process customer orders in Dynamics F& O
• Communicate effectively with customers and the sales team
• Use Excel and Word to manage data and documents
• Answer inbound calls and manage email correspondence with customers
• Schedule appointments as per customer requirements
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Proven experience in managing inbound calls and overseeing both inbound and outbound call operations
• Demonstrable competency in call center customer service
• Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service
• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Experience in handling order entry
• Capability to schedule appointments efficiently
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required.
