    Pay Rate: $52-57/hour

    Hours: 40 hours/week

    Location: Seattle, WA (5 days onsite)

    About the Role:

    In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of both manual and semi-automated email and push campaigns supporting cross-category initiatives and seasonal promotions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams to deliver campaigns that are data-driven, customer-centric, and high-impact.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the annual strategy for email and push marketing campaigns, grounded in audience insights and performance data.
    • Lead the creation of compelling marketing content with a focus on content placement strategy over traditional audience segmentation.
    • Own campaign roadmaps, documentation, and performance tracking including A/B testing and continuous optimization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and design teams to align messaging with business goals.
    • Analyze campaign effectiveness and report on key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
    • Utilize tools like Adobe Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to manage and optimize campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email and push campaigns.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
    • Hands-on experience with major marketing automation platforms (Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Marketo).
    • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strategic thinker who is also comfortable with tactical execution.
