    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems/Network Administrator to join our team based in Puyallup, Washington. In this role, you will be primarily involved in system and network administration, managing customer applications, maintaining customer records and resolving inquiries. This position will also require you to monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring optimal performance and security.


    Responsibilities:


    • Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications.

    • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer credit records.

    • Handle escalated issues in the office and, on occasion, visit clients for on-site support.

    • Execute network topologies and diagrams, with a clear understanding of their differences.

    • Set up and deploy firewall and network switches to ensure secure and efficient network operations.

    • Manage and oversee IT projects such as server migrations, office relocations, and workstation upgrades.

    • Leverage your knowledge of Cisco, Cloud, and Firewall technologies to enhance system and network performance.

    • Work with Active Directory and Backup Technologies to safeguard customer data and information.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and VLAN in daily operations and tasks.

    • Be responsible for overall server management, including regular updates and maintenance.

    Must haves:

    • 3-5 years working experience
    • VLAN, Network management, Firewalls, Server management, O365 experience.
    • This position will be an escalation point in the office and may have to visit clients, from time to time.
    • Project Management experience - server migrations, office moves, workstation upgrades, etc.
    • Ability to execute Network topologies/network diagrams (& understand the difference)
    • Firewall and network switch set up and deployment
