    • Strong Leadership Skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
    • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably SAP R/3
    • Understanding of Security measures and protocols, particularly in the context of Digital platforms
    • Willingness to Travel as per project requirements
    • Knowledge of industry Practices and Agile Scrum methodologies
    • Excellent Time Management skills and the ability to adhere to tight deadlines
    • Prior experience in Prioritization of tasks and project components
    • Capability to provide effective Oversight on project progression
    • Understanding of the concept of Deliverable and its application in project timelines
    • Experience in Application Development, with a focus on Cyber Security
