The designer will play a pivotal part in refining end-to-end solutions, from strategy to implementation, within a small but agile team environment.

Responsibilities:

Execute UX/UI designs based on high-level frameworks provided by the team’s senior designers.
Develop interaction patterns, ensure accessibility guidelines, collaborate with editors/legal teams, and refine documentation for engineering handoff.
Independently manage projects end-to-end, including smaller turnkey features and larger implementation refinement efforts.
Partner closely with engineers to address development questions, adapt solutions based on feedback, and ensure seamless execution.

Nice to Have: Direct experience in UX design for healthcare technology or related services.

Experience (3-6 years): Interaction design solutions for web/software applications with clear execution focus.
Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and independence in managing flow.
Proficiency in Figma and experience in eCommerce, retail, or tech industries preferred. Healthcare experience is a bonus.
Passionate about relieving execution burden from senior designers and contributing to team success.
