    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management.
    • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and related administrative systems.
    • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to evaluate cost-benefit outcomes and make informed, strategic decisions.
    • Capable of managing multiple priorities, effectively managing time, and fostering collaboration and trust among team members.
    • Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing, contract and vendor management, procurement processes, materials planning, and supplier relationship management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sound understanding of financial metrics and performance indicators.
    • Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to set clear goals, motivate teams, and manage conflict resolution.
    • Proficiency in project management, including planning, decision-making, and executing strategic initiatives.
    • Comfortable using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics-related software platforms.
    • SAP experience is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support diverse teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
