We are seeking recent college graduates who are eager to learn on-the-job and work closely with a successful team. This is for a brand new team and the need is immediate and high volume.
Primary responsibilities:
Downloading commission statements in PDF or Excel format, and storing them in various digital locations using file explorer.
Effectively using Outlook, especially to set up essential rules.
Communicate and explain work done as well as familiarity with computer operations clearly and professionally.
Initial weeks will be spent learning on the job and shadowing in-person and digitally to grasp the company's workflow. Working hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a flexible shift to 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM if needed.
Ideal candidates need to have:
Strong organizational skills to maintain periodically-changing login credentials.
Good communication skills to articulate themselves well in a team setting.
Proactive approach towards working in this high-volume, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
This role serves as a crucial support function for our Revenue Analysts by pulling commission statements, which makes recording revenue figures possible.

• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required for accurate data input.
• Strong Customer Service skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in Data Entry is necessary for the efficient handling of data-related tasks.
• Ability to manage Email Correspondence professionally and in a timely manner is vital.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word is required for document creation and editing.
• Skills in Organizing Files are crucial to maintain a structured and easily accessible database.
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately is required for financial and data-related tasks.
• Experience in Scanning documents for digital storage and retrieval is necessary.
• Fast and accurate Typing skills are essential for efficient data entry and communication.
