Responsibilities:• Advocate for plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice cases• Leverage 3M and Adobe Acrobat to manage cases and documents effectively• Conduct thorough research and prepare briefings for various cases• Defend clients during depositions, ensuring their interests are well represented• Engage in motion practice, drafting and submitting necessary legal motions• Handle claim administration and complaint resolution, maintaining an excellent level of customer service• Utilize case management software to keep track of all case details and updates• Participate in trial work, providing robust representation for our clients• Manage a range of cases, including mass tort cases such as those involving Johnson and Johnson• Ensure all customer credit applications and records are processed and maintained accurately and efficiently.
