Robert Half has a brand new opening for a Technical Product Support Analyst for a client in Clearwater, FL
This is a Contract-To-Permanent position with a 90 day onboarding period. (full-time hours from day 1) Compensation ranging $20-22/hour.
Upon conversion, Benefits include 100% sponsored Medical benefits, as well as 3-10% quarterly bonuses based on company performance.

Description:
- Previous role as a Product Technical Support Analyst or similar
- Proficiency in handling inbound calls in a call center environment
- Ability to provide high-quality technical support to clients
- Strong understanding and capability in hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge and experience in working with mechanical systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a calm and detail-oriented demeanor in challenging situations
- Willingness to continually update knowledge of industry standards and improvements
- Availability to work in shifts or on-call as required by the organization
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Problem solver with strong critical thinking skills
- Must have good attitude and be a team player
- Ideal to have some hands on mechanical and/or electrical experience (knows how to use a voltmeter, etc.)
- Must be Self-motivated
- Ideal to have experience with de-escalating, and have very good customer service soft-skills
- Must be adaptive and willing to learn
- Training and/or having documentation experience would be a big plus
