    Description:

    • Previous role as a Product Technical Support Analyst or similar
    • Proficiency in handling inbound calls in a call center environment
    • Ability to provide high-quality technical support to clients
    • Strong understanding and capability in hardware troubleshooting
    • Knowledge and experience in working with mechanical systems
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
    • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
    • Ability to maintain a calm and detail-oriented demeanor in challenging situations
    • Willingness to continually update knowledge of industry standards and improvements
    • Availability to work in shifts or on-call as required by the organization

    Skills/Experience Needed:

    • Problem solver with strong critical thinking skills 
    • Must have good attitude and be a team player 
    • Ideal to have some hands on mechanical and/or electrical experience (knows how to use a voltmeter, etc.) 
    • Must be Self-motivated 
    • Ideal to have experience with de-escalating, and have very good customer service soft-skills 
    • Must be adaptive and willing to learn
