We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Communications Project Manager in our IT Services division. As a Communications Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating with senior executives, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication strategies.
Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and processing applications.
• Organize meetings with staff and stakeholders in alignment with our organization's goals.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit.
• Collaborate with communication specialists for messaging consistency.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying and elevating key initiatives.
• Support the implementation and communication of key programs.
• Maintain comprehensive records for each project.
• Monitor the status of major executive initiatives.
• Proactively identify and escalate project risks.
• Attend project meetings, document key takeaways, action items, and decisions.
• Proven experience in the IT Services industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful advertisement campaigns.
• Exceptional blogging skills to engage with the online community effectively.
• Proven ability to increase brand awareness through strategic communications and marketing.
• Experience in creating compelling brochures for promotional purposes.
• Proficiency in campaign planning and execution.
• Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner.
• Experience in drafting and implementing communication plans.
• Strong skills in developing and executing communication strategies.
• Experience in communications management, with the ability to oversee various projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in corporate communications, with the ability to represent the company's interests effectively.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Proven track record in strategic communication, with the ability to align communication efforts with company goals.
