We are in the search for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in the Medical Devices industry, located in BALTIMORE, Maryland. As a Customer Success Specialist, your primary function will be to handle customer inquiries, process applications, and maintain accurate records. This role also involves closely monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle high volume inbound calls from customers and caregivers
• Accurately process customer orders and reorders
• Maintain and verify customer demographics, contact information, and physician details
• Confirm monthly doctor prescriptions and supply amounts for recurring customers
• Handle return orders and resolve customer inquiries promptly
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry tasks
• Use basic to intermediate computer skills to manage customer accounts
• Employ knowledge of basic medical terminology in customer communication
• Provide bilingual customer service in Spanish when required
• Verify medical insurance details of customers.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer success role.
• Proven proficiency in customer service.
• Demonstrable experience in data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology.
• Fluent in Spanish language to communicate effectively with diverse customer base.
• Experience in order entry processes.
• Previous experience in a call center customer service environment.
• Ability to verify medical insurance information accurately and efficiently.
