This role will primarily focus on the software engineering function, which includes designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for enhancements and new software-intensive systems and products.

Basic Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

ServiceNow Expertise:

Proficiency in developing and configuring ServiceNow across multiple modules.
Experience unit testing and troubleshooting custom applications.

Agile & ITIL Knowledge:

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL concepts.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a highly matrixed organization.

Key Skills:

Attention to detail and thoroughness in implementation.
Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with clients and vendors.
