    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Accounting:

    • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Onboard new employees and ensure they are properly integrated into the team and office.
    • Support benefits administration, ensuring employee benefits are properly documented and updated.
    • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
    • Provide general HR support, including employee relations, training, and conflict resolution as needed.



    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of office management, operational accounting, and HR functions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payroll systems.
    • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and development.
