    We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in the legal industry based in Washington, District of Columbia. As a Marketing Assistant, your key role will be to provide substantial administrative support, primarily focusing on client engagement and marketing initiatives.


    Responsibilities:

    -     Aid in event planning, onsite logistics, and follow up.

    -     Assist with maintaining the firm’s client and contact database and generating reports.

    -     Maintain marketing inventory, including ordering swag, business cards, and other materials.

    -     Assist with new client welcome letters.

    -     Publish social media posts.

    -     Add and update content on the firm’s website and podcast channels.

    -     Help with the onboarding process for new attorneys, including photo shoots, draft bios, and announcements.

    -     Provide overflow assistance when other marketing team members are busy or out of the office.

    -     Help with additional projects when necessary.

    -     High school graduate.

    -     At least one year of experience executing administrative duties in an office environment.

    -     Show sound professional judgment.

    -     Strong attention to detail, as well as superior organizational and project management skills.

    -     Be responsive to emails and voicemails, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

    -     Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.

    -     Strong interpersonal skills and experience working independently as well as within a collaborative, professional environment.

    -     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mailchimp, CRM, and other marketing technologies.
