We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Herndon, Virginia. This role involves high-volume data entry, requiring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. In this role, you will be tasked with accurately entering data, managing customer records, and handling customer queries.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes
• Addressing customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions
• Provide customer service through email correspondence when needed
• Organize files and customer records in a systematic manner
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Following detailed instructions to ensure data entry accuracy
• Participating in training sessions to ensure user-friendly data entry
• Ensuring attention to detail in all data entry tasks
• Minimum of at least one year of experience in a role related to data entry
• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Demonstrated experience in data entry
• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in organizing files
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
