    Robert Half is seeking an experienced Webmaster II to maintain and enhance the company's client-facing Internet and internal Intranet websites. This role is responsible for architectural design, implementation, visual design, and overall site management. The ideal candidate will work closely with content managers and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain effective websites that engage end users and meet business objectives.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the company's Internet and Intranet websites, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
    • Design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot websites using Drupal (currently Drupal 10) and other web development tools.
    • Work with content managers and business stakeholders to create and maintain consistent, high-quality web content.
    • Ensure website compliance with Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
    • Utilize web development applications such as Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop for content creation and modification.
    • Configure and optimize website performance using Site improve and Google Analytics.
    • Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and create custom reports to provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Ensure that all content meets accessibility standards and is properly formatted for web presentation.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to website-related inquiries from internal teams and external users.
    • Stay updated on web development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve site performance and functionality.




    • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of experience in website design, development, and management.
    • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, PHP, and Perl.
    • Experience with Drupal (Drupal 10 preferred) and other content management systems.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver) and other graphic design tools.
    • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG).
    • Understanding of server operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux).
    • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices.
    • Experience using web performance and analytics tools (Siteimprove, Google Analytics).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
